No prams, strollers or luggage are not allowed on this tour due to limited space and health and safety reasons
No unfortunately due to storage and no lifting devices installed on the bus we are not able to accommodate wheelchairs and mobility devices

No, the tour won’t be canceled due to rain, in the event of severe weather conditions during the tour, the tour may be canceled by discretion at any
time without any refund
We will endeavour to call or see where you are. If not there within 5 mins of departing time or don’t show up you will not be refunded
Unless there is severe weather conditions due to bush fires or flooding the tour will continue each day of the year except on Christmas, boxing and New Years day
No, unfortunately do not pick up from Hotels, only the 3 pick-drop off locations that are located with this tour.

Yes, you can hand-feed the kangaroos and other animals at Featherdale Wildlife Park. Prestige Tours pays for the food so you are not out of expense
No, unfortunately cannot cancel the tour within 24 hours as there will be no refund. Please check the weather 24-48 hours before the tour starts, change of mind you will not be refunded
