Terms & Conditions

Prestige Tours Pty Ltd outlined below the terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payments
  • The full tour price amount must be paid at the time of booking. There may be a booking charge of 1.5% for credit card transactions when paying our tour
  • All bookings are non-refunded/non transferable and only valid for the date booked of our tour
2. Cancellations/Changes Made By You
  • Any cancellations/changes made by you must be notified as soon as possible to Prestige Tours Pty Ltd
  • NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF THE CUSTOMER DECIDES TO CANCEL THE TOUR OR CHANGE OF DATE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PRESTIGE TOURS TRAVEL DATE
3. Cancellations/Changes Made By Prestige Tours Pty Ltd.
  • Any cancellation/changes made by Prestige Tours Pty Ltd customers will be notified as soon as possible. Customers will be refunded the full amount or possible change of date tour if suitable
  • Prestige Tours reserve the right to cancel the tour due to severe weather conditions and minimum number of 5 passengers per each day tour
  • If the day of the tour and it’s raining we will still go ahead with the tour. Umbrella will be loaned out for each customer and must be returned by the end of the day
4. Safety
  • Prestige Tours recommends all customers wear enclosed shoes, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and suitable clothing for all weather conditions
  • Prestige Tours shall not be responsible for any injury, illness or liable for death, accidents, loss of property, theft, negligence arising on this tour, or arising out of this tour
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times on the bus, fail to wear seatbelt passengers will be removed from the tour, any fines incur from passengers removing or not wearing seat belts must pay the fine IT IS AUSTRALIAN LAW ALL PASSENGERS AND DRIVERS MUST WEAR SEAT BELTS AT ALL TIMES.
5. Behaviour
  • Any uncontrollable, disruptive, agressive behaviour will be no tolerated. Prestige Tours reserve the right to remove any passenger from the tour. This matter may also be reported to NSW Police
6. Food & Drinks
  • No eating, drinking, smoking or vapes are allowed on the bus at any time. Only water may be consumed on this bus
7. Pick Up & Departure Times
  • Prestige Tours will always endeavour to call or see where you are. (Make sure before the tour has started that you have given your correct phone number, if you bought a temporary Australian mobile number to contact us immediately before the day of the tour.) If you are not at the designated Pick up locations when you booked the tour, and not there within 5mins of departing time or don’t show up you will not be refunded. We will leave the tour without you and no refunds issued
8. Itinerary
  • Prestige Tours reserves the right to modify any of the Itinerary without prior notice, on or during the tour as circumstances can change for example: how busy, weather or traffic conditions such as accident’s. We will endeavour to try and drop you off back to Sydney between 4:30-5:00pm (subject to traffic/accidents)
9. Publicity
  • All passengers agree that Prestige Tours Pty Ltd may use photos or videos during the tour trip without repercussions to you and without compensation to each passenger for any promotions, publicity or social media purposes only
10. Privacy
  • All personal information supplied by passengers for the tour will not be disclosed, unless for any emergency, accident or any inappropriate behaviour, before, during or after the tour
  • All passenger manifests of each day tour are kept up until 60 days
  • All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their supervision, health and wealthfare
11. Health
  • Anyone feeling sick, fever, severe cough and difficult breathing are not permitted on this tour. There will be no refund within 3 days of the tour
  • Unfortunately due to Health & Safety children under 5 years of age are not accepted on this tour
  • Must be physically fit with no medical issues like, breathing, heart, back and knee problems
  • This tour is for any age between 5-85 years old as long as fit and have no medical issues mentioned above
  • No prams, strollers or luggage are not allowed on this tour due to limited space and health and safety reasons
  • Unfortunately due to storage and no lifting devices installed on the bus we are not able to accommodate wheel chairs and mobility devices
12. Lost Property
  • Prestige Tours at the conclusion of each day tour trip will thoroughly check for any property that has been left on the bus. If any lost property is found we will endeavour to contact the rightful owner. If the lost property hasn’t been retrieved to the rightful owner, Prestige Tours will fill out a “Lost Property Register Form” and will be kept for a minimum period of 12 months
